Age Policy:
Motiongate and Real Madrid World
Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
Wild Wadi Waterpark
Children below 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of charge.
Children above 3 years and below 1.1 meter height will be charged as child.
Individual above 1.1 meter height will be considered an adult and charged as adult rate.
Cancellation policy
Tickets that are booked are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and non-extendable.
Please go through the terms and conditions mentioned on your ticket for cancellation.
Other Dubai Parks and Resorts parks like Legoland and Legoland Waterpark are not included in the campaign.
Validity
The tickets don’t follow the regular policy of 90 days validity but have a fixed validity till 30 Sept 2024.
Visits to all the parks must be completed by 30 Sept 2024.

The parks are located inside Dubai Parks and Resorts and the address is Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
A taxi would be the best way to reach the venue.

By Car
A taxi ride from Deira (city center of Dubai) to Wild Wadi Waterpark will take around 20 minutes and cost approximately AED65.
All three parks can be visited on same or separate days, however only one time entry per park is allowed.
On usage/scanning at the first park - The rest of the 2 parks should be visited within 7 days.
What to Wear:
Anything of your comfort and casualness that will let you walk around easily and is modest and covered as revealing clothes is not a culture of the Middle East.

Please carry a Photo ID with you as it may be asked at the time of your entrance.
There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
Transfer timings may be modified by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
Some activities may not be operational due to Maintenance or up-gradation and are Subject to Availability
Real Madrid World is the latest addition to Dubai Parks and Resorts, operating from Sunday to Thursday, 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and Friday and Saturday, 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Wild Wadi Waterpark
Note that Wild Wadi Water Park will be closed for maintenance from 8 Jan 2023 to 3 Feb 2023.
Note that outside food, beverages, and alcohol are prohibited.
Guests may bring one, 1-liter water bottle per person into the park.
Note that children under the age of 2 can enter the park for free upon presenting a valid ID.
Luxury cabanas are available for rent.
For safety purposes, access to certain rides is restricted to those over 1.1 meters in height.
It is important that appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times. Bathing suits, bikinis, board shorts, wet/bodysuits, goggles, slippers/swimming shoes, round-neck t-shirts, full-body swimwear, burkinis, and water-safe diapers are allowed.
